When placing an order your address details are shared with an external courier to enable your items to be delivered. All details are protected with trusted parties.

If you contact us using the contact form, via email or hold a customer account, this information is retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All customers can delete their personal information on request.

What rights you have over your data
